My broadband isn't working. I've done the troubleshooting steps and it hasn't fixed it and I've done the broadband check which says it's working fine yet here we are. The green lights on the left and right are on but the centre light is off.

Same issue here, I’ve reset twice.. After testing it's saying I've no devices connected and that the test says all working. Infuriating considering how much I pay for this.
