Re: Constant drop outs after broadband upgrade

@lapses It's not the hub, its when you say upgraded to the max broadband, that implies sky Max, the sky max hub, even though you say had the old hub for years, two different animals and different approach for the answers, max is a how do you read it, so was getting max speed, max the best, see what i mean. Any how know now for sure you are on the SR203 hub.👍

Re: Constant drop outs after broadband upgrade

@lapses Two things you are going to be asked to look at, 1. In the logs Wan 0 drops to see if the log file is capturing them, 2nd is in the stat's does the WAN WANoE time column look messed up, say for instance up 120 hours, wan is at 36 hours, micro drops occuring....

Posting a log file is hard, the system tries and does stop it, if using a windows PC easiest is notepad and change values, i do sample 2025, change 25 to ??, filter tries hard to block once you get past it file get's approved....

@lapses This is why I asked what router you had. As @JimM1 asks the Max broadband normally tells us that you have the white Max router.

If someone has helped give them Like.
