Constant drop outs after broadband upgrade

Recently upgraded to max broadband and now my net is dropping in and out constantly and randomlt.. I've followed a lot of advice from these forums on checking the firmware is up to date, rebooting the router etc. Anyone able to understand logs? (I wont let me paste the logs)

it drops for a few seconds and then reconnects on its own again

@lapses is this superfast broadband or ultrafast broadband?

@lapses Is it only the lights on the router that change or do they at all? Doesany lights on the ONT change when this happens?

it happens so briefly I dont have time to check the router. Its literally out for abbout 6 to 8 seconds. But this obviously interrupts whatever youre doing like gaming etc

@lapses  Has this only started happening since you got the Max router from Sky? Did you have another router from them before upgrading?

@Highlinder Yes only since the upgrade. And has got progressively worse and more frequent. And I have the same sky router I have had for years now

@lapses  So you upgraded to Max broadband do you have a white or black router now?

Mine too same situation but worse when windy as Phone line goes through tree in road. Engineers been round had new hub and upgraded but still happens who is responsible council  sky or openreach

@lapses Take a look on the link say what hub you see as you are throwing confusion in the mix.

It's a sky broadband hub and superfast broadband only dropping out when windy and tree blowing about. Sorry for confusion I must be getting old 😅

@JimM1 not sure how I have thrown confusion anywhere as I havent mention what type of hub i have at all. its the Sky broadband hub, top row middle of those on that link
