Constant delay in programs loading

I am having issues with pictures just freezing, voice not in time with the actors. Getting very fed up of the switching on and off and running constant checks on the app service checker.

What is your  broadband speed and is the tv connected  with WiFi as that's  not as stable  as an ethernet  cable, i  have gigafast broadband  and 2 55inch sky tv's  and a puck, and a sky live camera, and have no problems with  any freezing  issues, i  have a busy household, 43inch lg smart tv,freesat box, laptop, tablet,  p c, Xbox, 3 mobile phones, 3 Alex's and a smart meter
