Constant buffering and drops in speed
Since switching over to the new hub we have had constant connectivity ton issues, slow WiFi and buffering! I've done everything I could to try to correct it but nothing has made a difference! The new hub is in exactly the same place as the old one and we never had issues with that one so I'm paying for a service that we just aren't getting! You're speed checks say it's all ok but it's not

@Chrissyrozes13 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. If you buy Sky's WiFi Max bundle then thry will supply extenders if tgese are required. One cause of an apparent loss of range for customers who have Sky's Q tv boxes is with the new white hubs these no longercact as. WiiFi extenders.
