Constant broadband failure

Since getting full fibre last February there has been constant drops and dead zones with my broadband. Over the last few days, the main router has an average download speed of 0.3 Mbps and an upload speed ranging for 8-68Mbps! 

I can't find a way in the app to fix this and need it sorting for work and to enjoy Christmas movies with the family! Any help is appreciated.
