I'm getting constant WiFi drops and the WiFi doesn't reach around the house. I paid for WiFi ultimate guarantee and got one pod, but it's still not strong enough to reach everywhere in the house. I can't see how to get an engineer to try and get the other 2 pods. I should also be due a refund on the basis I do not have WiFi in every room. I hate how hard it is to get help with sky! Can anyone help me?
