Constant Internet drop outs

For the last 30/40mins ive had nothing but constant drop outs. This Internet is a joke atm constant drops slow connections and slow download speeds. Im pretty sure im not getting the speeds im promised. Roll on end of contract.

Same, we have no internet at all, sky app says everything is fine but it's not. Done the usual unplugging etc but it's not helped. It's constantly dropping overnight on a nightly basis.

When there are broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided..

See this pinned post at the top of the Broadband board from Sky which could be relevant any night this happens…

Thank you for sending these, ours drops out every night without fail. Last night we did the reset on the router and the fibre hub thing and it sorted it out.
