Consistent disconnecting for over 2 weeks now.
Hi,
I been a customer for 3 years and counting now and never had any problems with the internet in the house until recently. Non stop disconnecting from the internet. I had a sky engineer already coming, changed my router with a brand new one and if anything it even got worse. I had a second booking, it was yesterday and it was an engineer from OpenReach, he did what he did, changed our master socked, did some worked outside with the anthena and while the speed of the internet did improve a little bit and got back to almost what it was, the connection didn't improve with it. Still getting non stop disconnections. Even when it's only one person in the house using just one device they are experiencing the same issues non-stop. I had another engineer booked for the 19th April, but I thought I'll open a discussion here about it and hopefully someone can help or had dealt with something similar to this alredy and can share some information.
