Connexion keeps dropping

Hi, my Internet connexion is down bad for the last week, every time I have to switch on/off the router and still keep cutting or slow. Can you resolve this asap plz.

 

i tried to attach a photo of what i get on the screen but no option to do so.

@Yassi1 you are not talking yo Sky by posting in the forum. You can adda screenshot to a pist using tge camera icon which msy only appear it you press the ... icon on some devices.

 

The best advice is to run Sky's service checker in the My Sky app as that can offer help f it spots a fault with your line otherwise give Sky a call as if your line is droppingfrequently there is a fault thst needs fixing.
