Hi, since we had the new hub. My sky Q box won't connect to the wifi

@Danny_1980 if you cannot connect your Q box after going through the steps set out here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/setting-up-sky-q-do-you-have-a-sky-hub give Sky a call as they msy need to send out an engineer.
