Connectivity issues
Upstairs in house has no connection after drop outs of about 3 or 4 minutes at a time we've recently requested an extender which we have upstairs but still no real connection and downstairs now is dropping frequently it says no issues in area but there is something wrong hasn't been a great start of my broadband contract

@JOHN-PAUL+G @The extender needs a good connection to the hub so try moving it closer to the hub. Ideally roughly halfway between where you need the boost and the hub. Hallways are often a good place.
