Connectivity dropping in and out

My broadband has been terrible over recent weeks, constantly dropping in and out during work teams calls. Its been great up until this point. Called sky who said there are no issues with the line etc and offered a booster if I extended my contract for 18 months. This has never been an issue before, today I moved to within 5 feet of the sky hub and it still dropped out multiple times on the teams call? Caould there be an issue with the hub?
