Connectivity and speed

I recently upgraded my WiFi and have been having issues, the WiFi doesn't work well in the bedroom, disconnects from my PlayStation often, and doesn't work well on phones, and I also have problems with it staying connected to my livingroom tv and often buffers on streaming platforms such as Netflix and Disney+, weird thing is I have more problems now with the UPGRADE than I did with my previous WiFi..

What did you upgrade from & to? Did you change speed packages and/or routers?

I can't remember and can't seem to find the email, I keep trying to talk to live chat or support from sky but can't seem to get onto it
