Connection

Hi, I keep doing service checkers via the app and it says all connections are good. Yet my WiFi keeps dropping out over the last few days and we have been experiencing intermittent connection issues on various devices in the house (phones, xbox etc). Grateful for advice.

@LouiseV84_ Have you ever run the diagnostic service, if no fault found the run the second test, after that call sky and heve them test your connection! You need to establish if you have a wi-fi issue that is the signal from the hub, or a broadband Internet issue further down the line possibly. The sky Hub light sequence can display what may be going on!
