Connection
I'm sick of my WiFi going off I have been with sky years but this past month on a new contract I'm constantly trying to check WiFi settings as it's going off all the time I can't watch anything without big pauses

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I'm in the same boat. It hasn't been great for a while, but over the last month, it has seriously deteriorated.
