Cannot connect my iPod to my wifi

Are you able to connect other devices, if so what is happening when you try to connect it ?

Yes I am able to connect other devices, when I try to connect iPod touch too the network, keeps saying login failed

@BrianMorgan which Sky hub do you have? If it is the whitectype try changing the WiFi security setting from WPA3-T to to WPA2 using the hub's advanced settings page in the My Sky app
