Connection

I've tested the broadband and WiFi using your tools on the app however the tv ps6 and other devices are saying cannot connect to the WiFi. This keeps happening with it dropping in and out but not I can't connect to anything but apparently it's all working 

can someone please help with this

@Pretty_teapot1 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. If no devices are connecting check the lights on the Sky hub and follw this trouble shooting guide https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
