Broadband/wifi dropping out

My broadband/wife has been dropping off all day on all devices in my home - phones, laptop etc. have run the broadband and WiFi tests as per instructions on Sky website and both say there are no issues. But something is definately not right.

It's happening to me too.  Started late yesterday (11 November) and continued today (12 November). Status check says no problems but if that's true, why does my router keep dropping out?  Very tediously annoying.

I have the same problem. Every few minutes is drops out and then connects again. Can't watch anything

@Annoyedcustome , @ATF3 and @Walderslady the number one reason for connection loss after midnight is essential maintenance work. If your lines are back up this morning then thst was the likely cause. If they aren't and tge servicecchecker is not telling you Sky are aware of a fault then call them and report it.
