Connection without internet
Why is it saying connected without Internet

Try rebooting your broadband hub at the mains, if this doesn't fix it then give this a try:
Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

@Tucks19 if by it you mean Sky's service checker it is because thexway it works does not pick up line drops immeadiatly but takes up to an hour when the hub does not request a renewal of the connnection. However when it does pick the issue up it can save you a call as it can book an engineer for you.
