We had a new Sky Max box installed about a month ago but the wifi connection keeps dropping after 5 minutes of connection on Sky box, we also cannot get any connection with the sky mini box upstairs. Have reset all devices many times. Signal is ok on other devices apart from upstairs where we struggle to get connection. Router is in the same room as main Sky box

Are you connecting the Q box via WiFi or ethernet?
Have you done a complete network reset on all Q boxes since getting your Max hub?

Thanks @jamesn123 - it's connected via WiFi and yes have tried the network reset on the boxes but unfortunately we still keep loosing the connection

No not previously. We used to have a pretty strong signal everywhere in the house before the switch

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat is odd, you wouldnt expect coverage to reduce that drastically. Is the router in the same place and everything? Is your Sky Q system all connected with hotspotting enabled?
