Connection speed

My WiFi isn't working and when I do the service checker , it says my speed is lower that they said and I can claim on the speed guarantee  it won't let me check my WiFi. I pressed fix problem and it says me through some steps then says it working but when I go back to the service checker home page it's still says there's a problem and my wifi isn't working at all . Help!

@Goldengiraffe if the app is reporting a problem with the broadband connection you either need to see if it will book an engineer to check your line if it doesnt call Sky. Until the line issue is resolved its pretty pointless doing anything about the WiFi in your home.
