Hi, on just testing my connection Avast are saying DL 7.83 UP L 0.42??? what is going on here? Your saying its in the 20, s rubbish we have buffering all the time?? what am I paying for?? 😡

@Hatty60 You are paying for a fixed line broadband connection, either via a fibre optic cable or over your copper telephone cable....
The speed that Sky (and every other ISP) go by and your contract is linked to, is the connection speed up to the router, not what you get at the end of a WiFi connection on a phone 🙃
If you are recieveing your guaranteed minimum speed that is stated in your contract (you can check on the MySky app) then they are fulfilling there contract to you 🤓

Hi, Open reach have supposed to have upgraded the lines to all the property's here we're rural so that accounts for the slow connection speed then 🤷🏼♀️🤨
