Inform Sky connection randomly drops.... inform them via website.
They test and inform that connection is fine, well of course it is as am communicating with them via their online website !!
I cant ask them to test when connection has dropped of as, obviously, cannot connect to their website!!
I require a newrouter as mine is over 5 years old and out of date with modern technology.
