Connection problems

We are experiencing problems with our internet connection at home. Our phones, laptop and TV all show a good connection and we have tested this on the website. However we are getting a lot of difficulties connecting to web browsers, microsoft teams for work meetings and social media loads. 

 

I do not understand what the issue is when I have checked the connection and the routa seems to be fine. 

 

Please advise.
