I have upgraded to sky max I have 2 outdoor cameras one in back garden which connected easily but the front one will not connect I ve tried everything but still cannot get it to work

If you bring it closer, does it connect? Its possible it might just be out of range

I have tried bringing it closer but that didn't work at the moment it's connected back in but if it goes again it be the same problem of reconnecting
