Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Beks1980 there are no reason why you should lose connectivity at 10pm unless someone has programmed it. First check what happens to the lights on your Sky hub as they tell you what is going on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
Consider if something in your home happens at the time you lose connection. If you have Sky Q boxes these act as wifi hot spots so if they are unplugged you would lose their wifi. Sometimes a spark can cause the hub to disconnect so if you have an older heating control that switches off around thst time thst could be the issue. While it is not certain it is most likely the issue is in your home it is most likely.
