@Cerixox No good the picture posted, showing you have a 20/5 Mb/s speed split, so unless you have a better idea to what you should be getting the stat's are the only way to see that, use the BTW checker, your address details and it will say what you should have connection to your home.

@Cerixox Will again check if it get's approved, so you know your 2nd one got pulled, to much information displayed all about your system!!!

 

You have to be carefull this is a Public Forum so NO personal details or as much info as you displayed with your Sky Hub Status screen!

@Cerixox On a good line you would be 42/8 split, so need to look at your stat's or even better call sky and have them test your line connection!

@Cerixox Your picture now cleared, YOU have a LINE issue and with the NOISE on it will take an OR Engineer to sort that out, NOTHING else, so you need to call sky, they may deal with it but who knows!

@Cerixox You are just so hard to work with, but you need sky to run a diagnostic from there end to look at your line, they will test it with you when you are on the call to them, from what the see will decide what happens next.

 

Copper is on the way out so is NO longer a priority for keeping everything in a tip/top condition, had you done this 18months ago when you first raised it and replied may have been WAY different than now! Best off luck but YOU do need to call them to get the ball rolling!

 

If you are NOT aware, then continual switching on / off with a sky Hub on a copper line is JUST not good either, they go on and stay on for good, best way to treat a hub and a copper connection!
