All of a sudden sky glass has started to stop working after 15 mins or so. And the internet has gone very slow. Sonos and Alexa have stopped working. Some apps on IPhone seem ok, others don't work at all. Laptop keeps getting logged out of MS Teams. We have Sky fibre (white router) and WiFi max. Running tests on the Sky app all come back ok. But it's not. It's like either the WiFi keeps dropping or the broadband connection keeps dropping. Almost like something is conflicting on the network. Have tried disconnecting things and rebooting everything. Has been like this for a few days now and getting worse. Nothing is working. Wondering if the router is packing up. How do we get to speak to someone? Anyone know the number to call? None of the help channels take me to anything useful so far as they all run the tests that come back 'ok'. It's not! Thanks.

I have the same problem. Had the engineer outnon Friday, no better today 😡
