Connection just drops

Why does the connection just drop for like 10 minutes then come back? It is extremely frustrating when in the middle of an online game, watching a movie etc

@Filpflops There are at least 2 possible issues firstly the line is dropping due to a fault or secondly you have poor WiFi in your home.

The first can be seen as the lights on the hub will change see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start.
Line issues need reporting to Sky which depending on the frequency they can get Openreach to check the line.

If the lights on the hub dont change the issue is likely to be poor wifi in your hime which may require aa booster or similar,
