@Samsung+galaxy+pr Poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources.

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.

@Samsung+galaxy+pr

I totally agree with @Chrisee 's post, and its not just restricted to Sky but all broadband providers.

Rather than be tied to Sky with their boosters, I went down the path of purchasing a Mesh sysem using Amazon Eero 6 devices (4 to fully cover our bungalow and patio outside).  This has worked perfectly with Sky (and previously with TalkTalk). It also means that if I move to a different provider once my Sky deal / contract ends I can do so with very little bother, as I can keep the same SSID/Wi-Fi name so as not to need re-configuring all devices that connect via wi-fi 😊.

Good luck however you decide to "fix" this.
