Re: Connection issues
@Anna_1602 your home might becsmall but if it has solid brick walls internally it can be very difficult to network using WiFi.. You maybe able improve things by making sure the hub is on a surface out in the open so it is above obstructions like radiators.
Sky can supply extenders if you buy their WiFi Max package https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max but in buildings with solid walls that system is not thst effective. There is third psrt equipment you can buy powerline adapters are one solution that can work as tgst uses mains wiring to carry thecdata.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

That's where the engineer put it when it was installed. Why is it not ideal?

Re: Connection issues
There is a lot of metal in TV's and noisy electronics. WiFi is not great at dealing with electronic noise and going through metal.
Try moving it and see if it improves then figure out how to relocate it.
