Second router connecting to sky hub
Hi,
I believe the sky hub installed in our property is struggling with all the wifi and wired connections. Since the baby monitor have been installed (tapo c100) along with other smart devices such as smart plugs while I would start gaming on the PC the hub resets and loses ethernet and WiFi connection for a couple minutes. This might repeat a couple of times, very annoying.
I was wondering to use a router and put the hub into modem mode, but after a short research turns out that the hub doesn't have modem mode.
Is there and easy and viable solution to connect the router?
My pick would be a tp link 3150.
Thanks!

Re: Second router connecting to sky hub
Two solutions really;
1. Get an access point or a router with an access point mode and plug that into the Sky hub. Then switch WiFi off on the Sky hub and use the 3rd party router for your WiFi connections
2. Replace the Sky router completely by getting a modem/router combo and plugging it directly into your Openreach master socket or ONT.
