Hi
we have recently upgraded to skyfibre broadband and have since suffered with poor connections issues with all our sky Q boxes and phones/tablets.
we're regularly having to reset the connection between the booster and the boxes. The internet seems really poor is anyone else having issues like this?

we received a new one and sent the old one back to them.
