Connection issues
My connection keeps dropping. I have turned the power off and taken in and out cables too.

Re: Connection issues
@KEZZM84 Run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection if your broadband is down as if it has fegistered the fault it can book an engineer. If it hasn't give Sky a call but whether they can get Openreach to check your line will depend on the number of drops.
