Connection issues

I have tried to connect the hub, I've reset and followed instructions however it's not connecting. 

I've checked WiFi in area and run test and turn everything off

I'm new install today. Worked fine for a hour after the engineer left, now constant orange light and no connection. Reset several times to no avail, also checked services on the sky app and it registers no problem. I've heard these routers can be temperamental for 24 hours after install? Should I just wait?

@Joshk1 You should just wait, install completeion time is up until midnight off the activation date!

I did received the 'your broadband is now active' text but still nothing.

@Joshk1 Try the link below for you hub and the colour off your light! You may have to run it on mobile data if no internet connection on the hub!
