Connection issues to sky glass

Connection issues to sky glass 

 

broadband and WiFi seem ok but tv's often freeze or lose signal. We already have a booster.

Is the TV in the same room as the hub? If so can you connect it the hub via an ethernet cable (always the best option)?

 

If it's in the same room as the booster (is this a Sky booster?) then make sure that the booster is roughly halfway between the hub and the TV to maximise the signal.

@JIH the Glass TV has a useful WiFi signal strength measure in its Network Settings. If that is showing as excellent or good then your extender is too far from the hub - the extenders can only relay thecsignal they receive.
