Connection issues on MacBook

Getting this message frequently in chrome, edge and safari:

Your connection was interrupted
A network change change was detected
ERR_NETWORK_CHANGES

the issue is intermittent. But connection keeps dropping frequently. 

I've tried forget this network, shutting down and restarting MacBook and other troubleshooting.

nothing seems to working.

any solutions please?
