Connection issues and awful customer servie

Hi,

Desperate to get some actual help .

We have ongoing issues with the Internet connection just dropping off( seems to happen most at weekends)

But now we can't even get it to reconnect no matter what we do.

Each time this happens we call Sky and they say someone will call us from the technical team. This never happens .

Can anyone give us some advice please as to what to do now ?

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
