Connection issue

Connection dropping out on multiple devices sometimes every couple of minutes, other times it is longer in between, has been going on for a few days, we have tried restarting devices and checking our broadband and wifi connection but this is still happening, we cannot video call which I need to do, and when the fire stick is on all connection to everywhere device drops out
