Connection issue

The LOS light on my openreach box is red and the WiFi isn't working. I have checked outside and inside and there is no issue with any wiring. I have also turned off both the router and the openreach box and it is still the same

@Sarahkelly87 you need to report this to Sky so they can get Openreach to check the fibre network to help you I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Same issue. I've been on the phone to Sky to go through all diagnostics (reboots, check cables etc) and nothing has worked. 

 

Sky are saying that there is no known widespread outage, but clearly there is:
