Connection issue

My connection keeps dropping out but when I run checks on the app it shows there are no issues. So I cannot raise a problem to be fixed.

I keep having the same issue, recently changed to ultrafast fiber and since changing every couple of days the router drops the connection. I end up having to restart the router to get online.
