Connection issue
Internet light is off.
i have a socket accepting a broadband cable. The phone line cable seems to be below it but I cannot physically put anything into it. I cannot seem to connect to internet. Is there a technical support line??

If I'm reading that correct, you're trying to plug in your router & phone? If so just select your router on the help pages here and follow the video.

No I I'm just describing the type of socket I have. I have just a router connection socket. Below it the phone line part of the socket is just a rectangular white area but not recessed out to allow any phone socket input.
by the way I am not trying to get a phone line I just need the net to work.
