Hi thanks but have a booster from Sky which we got for free as they had capped our line. We got great speeds after that however now it has dropped considerably again.

Re: Connection is slow
@Ladysoul1 you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum. However forum members who are customers like yourself can probably help. The issue could be a slow connection to your hub or more likelyba flaky wifi connection from the hub to the TV. The former is something Sky should be able to help with. The latter is down to you as the customer.
First thing to check is the position of the Sky hub to get decent wifi it needs to be out in the open and on a surface above things like radiators whi block the Wifi signal. Assuming that is as goid as you can get it next power down your hub for 30 seconds and let it reboot which will cause it to find tge least congested WiFi channel as your issue could be being caused by interference from your neighbours' WiFi.
If neither help you may need to consider getting a booster the best type are the ones that match your Sky hub to get one of those you would need to add Broadband Boost to your Sky account at £5 per month and call Sky and ask for one. Boosters need a good signal from the hub tonwork so install it halfway between the TV and the hub.
There are numerous other options but hopefully those help you get started.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
