Suddenly around after midnight the connection dropped and we don't have access to any WiFi. In the 2 years that I had EE broadband I never had any issues and they provided me with reliable steady broadband. I recall my mother who had sky have issues with her broadband and I thought this wouldn't be an issue since we wet for fibre broadband.

@MissingEE loss of connection around midnight is usually down to maintenace as explained here https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Important-Information-Scheduled-Broadband-Maintenance/td-p/51...
That work affects all ISPs including EE using the section Openreach network being worked on. All broadbsnd connections without exception occasionally need maintenance.which is done overnight.

Re: Connection has dropped
Yes us too in London - just another example of shocking Sky service since the take over. No warning nothing - we need it to work until 3am.
Tests say everything is fine - complete scam.
