This is getting stupid now - 6 weeks of the service getting worse - dropping connection many times during the day and night - open reach came the other day replaced the phone hub / connected rooter to tv with Ethernet cable - said all is good now - and STILL IT DROPS OUT - very annoying
looks like by the +2000 messages about this that nothing ever gets resolved
when I rang the first time to say about the issue I had the comment 'I can see there is a problem with the service' so obviously they knew but didn't ring or advise or send anyone out to get it working - what service is this?
you expect me to pay more when I renew yet the service gets worse
