Connection dropped

I've been getting a connection dropped message for about 30 minutes, I have gone through the usual recommended fixes of disconnecting and reconnecting various wires and doing a restart. Your app is strangely saying everything is working fine even though I can't connect and it actually drops out for 30 minutes plus fairly often. I moved from my previous ISP with the hope of avoiding frequent drop out. Every time I go through the sky fixes they keep restarting without getting to the end

@Albion2Arcadia What hub do you have from sky, link below shows and also about the lights, more interesting yours as moving because if you did have an issue before, then they normally just do not disappear because you swap to another provider!
