Apparently the first message doesn't appear, sorry if this is double.
Connection is extremely slow and delayed. Aka very high ping for games and videos not loading, often websites timeout. The account logs how bad it is. Last time something similar happened, we called in and got it fixed, now I can't get through the AI.
I tried every self-help solution associated with the account without solving anything. (Reset, run diagnostics, broadband checks ect).
One of the links directed me here. What can I do?
