On sky fibre gigabit and the connection is awful was better on the lower broadband even in same room with router smart tv loses signal phone does kindle does and my sons Xbox upstairs virtually never has a signal . I've done everything it says to do on the site rebooted, disconnected everything and reconnected and it's still not getting better in face I would say it is worse
