Connection after upgrade

Since upgrading to sky fiber150 the WiFi has been constantly slow, it takes for lever to load and keeps kicking us off different devices... We were watching TV upstairs on the xbox and every 2 minutes it was buffering whilst watching Patamount+ Today its saying the sky Q box isn't connected to the Internet, even though it was earlier this morning and we've reset, checked everything and still nothing....I wouldnt mind but the older version was better, we never had any issues speed wise and everything stayed connected.....

@Kels149  When you upgraded your broadband was the router changed out when this happened or are you using the same router as before?

@Kels149 Did you change from the Old black SR203 hub, to the new White Sky Max SR213 hub, and also do you have any supplied sky booster pods with the system! 

 

How far did the hub change position with your new Fibre that was fitted, same room or was moved a good distance!

@Kels149  If you are able to move the router as pointed out by @JimM1  or are looking for a booster pod from Sky you would need to call them about this. The longer ethernet cable you can buy as the router does need to be right next to the ONT.
